3. Reservations and Cancellations

3.1 Reservation Policy

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

3.2 Payment Policy

• A deposit equal to one night's stay may be required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance will be charged upon check-in.
• All charges incurred during your stay must be settled at check-out.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged one night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• Special event periods and group reservations may have different cancellation policies.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
• Valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in.
• All guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in to a room at our casino hotel.

5. Casino Gaming Rules

• All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino gaming floor.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry and may be checked at any time.
